Iran Warns U.S. Over Strait of Hormuz Tensions, Says Compensation Must Be Paid for War Losses

Tehran (HRNW)- Advisor to the Supreme Leader Mohsen Rezaei has said that the United States will not be allowed to escape this crisis without repairing its losses. He said that Trump will not be allowed to escape from the fabricated plan in the Strait of Hormuz, the United States wants to dramatically withdraw from the scene, but Iran will not allow any of the US tactics to succeed.

Mohsen Rezaei said that Iran should benefit from indirect negotiations in any case, and the US will have to pay compensation for the human and financial losses in Iran. The advisor to the Iranian Supreme Leader said that even if the US army withdraws from the region, we will not back down from our rights.

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baqai told Press TV in an interview that Tehran is considering the US proposals and will inform Pakistan of its position after reaching a conclusion.

Esmail Baqai said in his statement that all responsibility for the war lies with the United States, the whole world knows that this war was imposed by the United States. He said that the US plan was to weaken Iran and force it to its knees, but the Iranian nation will never surrender. The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman added that the actions of the Iranian military regarding the Strait of Hormuz are legal.
