ISLAMABAD (HRNW): Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Sarfraz Dogar, has emphasized that legal forums are available for the scrutiny of judicial orders that may be against a particular party. He stressed that the integrity or intentions of a judge issuing an order cannot be questioned or objected to lightly or without substantial material evidence.
These remarks were made while the court dismissed a petition seeking to transfer the Sana Yusuf murder trial to another court based on a lack of confidence in the presiding trial judge.
