ISLAMABAD (HRNW): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has released a new duty roster for judges following the transfer of three judicial officers. According to the updated schedule, the single bench of Senior Puisne Judge Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan has been restored.
The following judicial arrangements will be in place starting next week:

The IHC will have 7 single benches and 4 division benches available for hearings.

First Division Bench: Comprising Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif, this bench will hear all types of cases.

Second Division Bench: Comprising Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir, this bench is designated to hear tax-related cases.

Third Division Bench: Comprising Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and Justice Muhammad Asif, this bench has been formed to hear criminal cases.

Fourth Division Bench: Comprising Justice Azam Khan and Justice Inaam Amin Minhas, this bench will also preside over all types of cases.
According to the roster, Justice Muhammad Asif will serve as a member of two separate division benches.
