New York, United States (HRNW) – The United Nations has called on governments and international financial institutions to mobilize greater investment to bridge an estimated US$4 trillion annual financing gap needed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. The UN warned that without stronger financial commitments, progress in poverty reduction, healthcare, education, climate action, and sustainable development could slow significantly.
