Geneva, Switzerland (HRNW) – The World Health Organization (WHO) has appointed 21 leading scientists to its Science Council, an advisory body established to provide independent scientific advice on high-priority health issues. WHO says the new council will help strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate scientific developments and translate emerging evidence into global health action.
