Karachi (HRNW): The East District Sessions Court has granted interim pre-arrest bail to 20 young men nominated in a case registered over a protest on Shahrah-e-Faisal demanding the arrest of those allegedly responsible for the death of young trader Mir Raza.
The 20 nominated individuals had approached the court seeking pre-arrest bail. The court accepted their applications and ordered each of them to submit surety bonds of Rs5,000.
The case was registered by Ferozabad Police following a protest at the Nursery area on Shahrah-e-Faisal over the Mir Raza murder case.
The FIR includes charges relating to rioting, interference in official duties, obstruction of traffic and incitement, among other allegations.
