ISLAMABAD (HRNW): The Islamabad High Court has issued its reserved verdict, deciding to hear the appeals filed by PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, in the £190 million case. The court has officially scheduled the main appeals for hearing on May 7, where various legal aspects of the case will be reviewed.
In a related development concerning a petition for access to a personal physician and family meetings for Bushra Bibi, the court has issued a directive to the Superintendent of Adiala Jail. The official has been ordered to decide on the request filed by Bushra Bibi’s daughter within two days to resolve matters regarding her medical examination and visitation.
