KARACHI (HRNW): South Investigation Police conducted a major targeted operation based on technical grounds, resulting in the arrest of a predatory suspect involved in the sexual assault of 7-year-old Amna, according to DIG South Asad Raza.
The arrested suspect has been identified as Sita Ram. DIG South stated that the suspect had assaulted the innocent girl in October 2025. A case against the accused is registered at the Boat Basin Police Station.
Further investigation of the arrested suspect is currently underway. DIG South emphasized that this operation highlights the department’s commitment to using technical resources to apprehend those involved in heinous crimes against children.
