Islamabad (HRNW)- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has called a high-level meeting at the Prime Minister House, in which senior members of the federal cabinet and top officials will participate. According to sources, the meeting will take a detailed review of the situation arising after the ongoing talks between Iran and the United States, while the overall peace and security situation in the region will also be considered.
The meeting will also review Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts regarding the implementation of the ceasefire and its possible extension.
Sources say that the Pakistani government is continuing its efforts to reduce tensions in the region and promote a diplomatic solution, and important decisions on the future strategy are expected in the meeting.
