Rawalpindi (HRNW)- Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan’s lawyer, Barrister Salman Safdar, has released the details of the meeting held in Adiala Jail on social media platform X.
According to Barrister Salman Safdar, the Adiala Jail authorities allowed the meeting by implementing the orders of the Islamabad High Court, however, despite the court order, Bushra Bibi was not included in the meeting. He said that the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi are in solitary confinement and both are being kept separate from each other for 24 hours.
According to the lawyer, Imran Khan does not have full access to books, TV, family and lawyers. The meeting lasted 60 minutes, in which a detailed briefing was given on legal matters and important instructions were issued regarding the Al-Qadir Trust case.
Barrister Salman Safdar further said that the PTI founder’s overall health is good, his spirits are high and he is stronger than before, however, the eye complication persists, the treatment of which will continue for another two weeks. He said that Imran Khan has emphasized strong arguments on bail applications and decisions on the merits of the cases.
