London/Islamabad (HRNW)- British Foreign Secretary Evette Cooper has strongly condemned the horrific attack in Islamabad, calling it a deeply saddening and heartbreaking incident.
In a statement issued from London, the British Foreign Secretary said that the UK’s thoughts and sympathies are with all the victims and their families. She expressed her condolences to the families of the deceased and best wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured.
Evette Cooper further said that the UK stands with Pakistan in the fight against terrorism and reiterates its commitment to support Pakistan in this regard. She said that terrorism is a global threat, joint efforts are indispensable to eliminate it.
