US Congressmen Condemn Mosque Attack, Express Solidarity with Pakistan

Islamabad (HRNW)- US Congressman and Co-Chairman of the Congressional Pakistan Caucus Tom Swazy has expressed deep sorrow and shock over the suicide attack at a mosque in Islamabad.

In his statement, Tom Swazy said that he was deeply shocked to hear the news of the suicide attack at a mosque in Islamabad. He said that during his recent visit to Pakistan, he was informed that Pakistan has the second highest number of terrorist attacks in the world after Burkina Faso.

Tom Swazy said that it is heartbreaking to hear about the incidents of terrorism in Pakistan, and to eradicate this scourge, all nations must unite against all forms of terrorism. He said that rejecting those who try to divide societies and promoting religious harmony is the need of the hour.

Meanwhile, US Congressman Gregory Max also described the terrorist attack on the Khadijatul Kubra Mosque as horrific and said that the Pakistani people should have the full right to worship safely and freely.

The statements by the US Congressmen are being seen as an expression of solidarity with Pakistan and a shared commitment against terrorism.
