London Summit to Focus on Counter-Terrorism, Civil Liberties, and Human Security Measures

London, United Kingdom (HRNW) — Academic researchers, legal experts, and civil society representatives will gather in London on September 21–22, 2026, for the International Conference on Counter Terrorism and Human Security (ICCTHS 2026).
