Naqoura, Lebanon (HRNW) – The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has intensified support for communities returning to southern Lebanon following months of insecurity. Peacekeepers are assisting with humanitarian coordination, infrastructure assessments, explosive hazard awareness, and security patrols to help civilians safely return to their homes. UNIFIL emphasized that continued stability requires full respect for the ceasefire and cooperation among all parties.
