Quetta (HRNW): The Prime Minister of Pakistan has arrived in Quetta for a one-day visit, during which he will attend important official meetings and review the overall situation in Balochistan.
According to official sources, federal ministers are accompanying the Prime Minister during the visit. He will chair a meeting of the Apex Committee, where a detailed briefing will be provided on the security situation, recent incidents, and challenges facing the province.
Sources stated that the meeting will focus on recent developments in Balochistan, law and order matters, security measures, and steps being taken to address ongoing challenges.
During the visit, the Prime Minister is also expected to meet with the participants of the protest sit-in held against the Hanna Urak incident. Discussions are expected to focus on the concerns and demands of the affected families and protesters.
Officials said that the purpose of the Quetta visit is to directly assess the province’s security situation, discuss public concerns, and provide necessary directions to relevant authorities for improving governance and maintaining peace.
