Keamari Police Recover Stolen Poultry Feed Worth Millions; Three Suspects Arrested

KARACHI (HRNW) – In a successful intelligence-based operation, the Keamari District Police (Musharraf Checkpost) recovered stolen goods worth hundreds of thousands of rupees that were looted three weeks ago from a warehouse on Hawksbay Road, Maripur. Three suspects involved in the burglary have been arrested.

According to a Keamari Police spokesperson, on May 2, 2026, unidentified thieves stole 47 heavy bags of poultry feed (totaling 1,175 kg) from a truck parked inside a warehouse on Hawksbay Road. A case regarding the incident was registered at the Maripur Police Station under FIR No. 176/26, under Sections 380, 457, and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code.

Recovery of Stolen Goods and Arrests

  • Successful Raid: Acting on a tip-off, a police team led by the Incharge of the Musharraf Colony Post conducted a raid on a house located in Musharraf Colony, successfully recovering all the stolen poultry feed.

  • Arrested Suspects: Three key suspects involved in the warehouse burglary were apprehended on the spot. They have been identified as:

    1. Zeeshan, son of Muhammad Nawaz

    2. Akbar Ali, son of Abdul Haq

    3. Sufiyan, son of Muhammad Saleem

Following preliminary legal procedures, the Keamari Police handed over the arrested suspects and the recovered goods to the Investigation Unit of the Maripur Police Station for further interrogation and legal action.
