KARACHI (HRNW)- The Garden Police have intensified their operations against street criminals and lawless elements, leading to the successful arrest of a suspect involved in numerous robberies. Under the supervision of SHO Garden Hanif Sial, the police team apprehended the suspect, identified as Muzammil Ahmed, son of Azhar Ahmed, who is reported to be a habitual offender.
During the operation, police recovered an illegal TT pistol and other stolen items from the suspect’s possession. During the initial interrogation, the accused confessed to his involvement in multiple incidents of motorcycle theft and snatching across the city. According to police records, Muzammil Ahmed has a prior criminal history with several cases of a serious nature registered against him at Aram Bagh, Garden, and various other police stations.
SHO Hanif Sial has registered a formal case against the suspect under the Sindh Arms Act. The accused has been handed over to the investigation authorities for further legal proceedings and interrogation. Police officials reiterated their commitment to continuing the crackdown on criminal elements to ensure the safety and security of the public.
