Senior Advocate Nadeem Ahmed Jamal Hosts Iftar Dinner; Legal Fraternity Strategizes Over Postponed Karachi Bar Elections

KARACHI (HRNW) – Senior Advocate Nadeem Ahmed Jamal hosted a grand Iftar dinner in honor of the legal fraternity, attended by a large number of prominent lawyers and bar representatives.

The event saw the participation of distinguished legal figures, including Senior Advocate and former Deputy Attorney General of Pakistan, Zahid Khan, and Imran Aziz Advocate, former Joint Secretary of the Karachi Bar, who is currently being tipped as a favorite candidate for the General Secretary slot in the upcoming elections. Other notable attendees included former Managing Committee members Hidayatullah, Cheema, and Danish, alongside Librarian candidate Imran Younus Awan Advocate, Syed Raza Shah, Amir Luna Advocate, Basit Ali Khan Advocate, Owais Ahmed Pechuho Advocate, and several other members of the legal community.

Following the lavish Iftar dinner, the gathering turned into a consultative session regarding the postponed Karachi Bar Association elections. The participants engaged in detailed discussions to formulate a strategic plan aimed at pressuring the relevant authorities to announce a definitive date for the polls, ensuring the democratic process within the bar remains intact.
