Islamabad Airport Flight Operations Suspended for Two Hours on March 16: PAA Alert

ISLAMABAD (HRNW): The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has issued a NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) announcing a temporary suspension of flight operations at Islamabad International Airport on March 16. Due to operational reasons, all arrivals and departures will be halted for a two-hour window from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Additionally, the PAA noted that certain air routes within the Lahore Flight Information Region will be unavailable during this period. In anticipation of potential holding patterns or scheduling delays, all airlines have been formally instructed to carry extra fuel. Passengers are strongly advised to coordinate with their respective airlines to confirm flight timings and avoid inconvenience at the terminal.
