Iran Denies Report of Alleged Plot to Assassinate Barron Trump

Tehran (HRNW)- Iran’s Supreme National Security Council secretary, Mohsen Rezaei, has rejected reports of an alleged plot to assassinate US President Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron Trump, describing the claim as false.

According to Reuters, Rezaei told Lebanese television channel Al-Manar that reports of a planned attack against Barron Trump were untrue and called them a lie.

Meanwhile, the US Secret Service said it was aware of a video broadcast on Iranian state television that referred to an alleged plot against Barron Trump.

The report has attracted additional attention amid continued tensions between Iran and the United States. However, there has been no independent confirmation of an actual attack or a formal assassination conspiracy involving Barron Trump.
