Balochistan High Court Transfers and Reassigns Six Judicial Officers

Quetta (HRNW) — The Balochistan High Court has issued a notification regarding the transfer and new postings of six judicial officers. The transfers and additional charges have been made effective immediately.

According to the notification, District and Sessions Judge Chaman Asadullah Khan will retain his responsibilities as D&SJ Chaman and has also been given additional charge of District and Sessions Judge Qila Abdullah, Jungle Pir Alizai.

District and Sessions Judge Loralai Nazir Ahmed Khajjak has been transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge Barkhan at Rakhni.

Inayatullah Khan Kakar has been transferred from D&SJ Kharan to D&SJ Loralai, while Additional District and Sessions Judge Umeed Ali Baloch has been appointed as Acting D&SJ Kharan.

Similarly, Muhammad Naeem Dewai has been transferred from AD&SJ-I Hub to AD&SJ-IV Quetta, while Additional District and Sessions Judge Dalbandin Muhammad Yousaf Baloch has been posted as AD&SJ-I Hub.

The notification further assigns Abdul Qadeer Baloch additional charge of District and Sessions Judge Makran at Turbat. Nazir Ahmed Khajjak has also been given additional charge of the Barkhan at Rakhni court, while Umeed Ali Baloch has been given additional charge of the D&SJ Kharan court.

The District and Sessions Judge Chagai has been assigned additional charge of the AD&SJ Dalbandin court, while the additional charge of the Mastung court has been entrusted to the District and Sessions Judge Mastung.

The notification was issued with the approval of the Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court, and all transfers and additional assignments are effective immediately.
