Islamabad (HRNW) — The Supreme Court has returned the review petition filed by the Chief Commissioner Islamabad concerning the transfer of former Prime Minister Imran Khan to a hospital, after raising objections.
According to the Registrar’s Office, objections were raised against the review petition yesterday.
One of the objections states that the paper books accompanying the review petition were incomplete.
The petition will be subject to further proceedings after the objections are addressed in accordance with the court’s requirements.
