Possible Reshuffle in Federal Cabinet; Consideration to Increase Representation of MQM and Balochistan Awami Party

Islamabad (HRNW): Reports have emerged regarding a possible reshuffle in the Federal Cabinet, with discussions underway to replace some ministers, change portfolios of several members, and induct new members into the cabinet.

According to media reports, consultations are being held with the Prime Minister’s political leadership regarding increasing representation of coalition partners in the federal government.

Sources indicate that new cabinet members from Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may be inducted, while further representation for the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) is also being considered.

Reports suggest that a final decision regarding the cabinet reshuffle is expected within the coming days. Any changes will be formally announced after approval by the Prime Minister.

Political analysts say that the possible reshuffle may be aimed at improving government performance, strengthening coordination with coalition partners, and maintaining political balance.
