Karachi (HRNW)- The fire that broke out in a plastic factory in the Export Processing Zone in Landhi was brought under control after 11 hours, and the cooling process is underway.
The fire broke out in plastic, used clothing and shoe factories. According to the Chief Fire Officer, the fire spread from one factory to another, while the third factory was saved.
The third-degree fire broke out around 9:45 pm on Friday night. More than 20 fire tenders and 3 snorkels from KMC, Navy and Rescue 1122 took part in the fire extinguishing process.
Commissioner Karachi says that no one was injured in the incident.
