Karachi (HRNW): Sindh Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah met Italian Consul Fabrizio Bielli, with discussions focusing on matters of mutual interest and opportunities to further strengthen cooperation between Pakistan and Italy.
During the meeting, Minister Nasir Hussain Shah briefed the Italian consul on various development projects and public welfare initiatives being undertaken by the Sindh government.
Nasir Shah said that, under the directions of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the development process in Sindh is continuing. He added that the welfare and relief of the people remain the Sindh government’s top priority.
The provincial minister invited the Italian consul and Italian investors to explore investment opportunities in various sectors of Sindh, saying the province offers significant and profitable opportunities for investment across multiple fields.
He said that Pakistan and Italy enjoy cordial and exemplary relations, adding that cooperation between the two countries could be further expanded through greater economic and investment engagement.
Nasir Hussain Shah thanked Consul Fabrizio Bielli for visiting Ali House. At the conclusion of the meeting, the minister presented the Italian consul with traditional Sindhi Ajrak and Sindhi cap as gifts representing the cultural heritage of Sindh.
