Karachi (HRNW) — An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) heard the Mustafa Amir murder case along with four other cases and issued several orders regarding their proceedings.
The court rejected the accused’s request to transfer the Mustafa Amir murder case to the Sessions Court.
The court also approved the complainant’s request for a joint trial of the five cases and ordered that the cases against accused Armaghan and others be consolidated.
The court set a date for framing a joint charge against the accused.
During the hearing, the court also directed the parties to present arguments on accused Shiraz’s bail application at the next hearing.
The court adjourned further proceedings until August 24.
