Anonymous Support: Over 1,900 users utilized the app’s chat service within a single month to share their problems while maintaining complete anonymity.

Expert Guidance: More than 555 citizens received immediate guidance and assistance from experts through the app’s integrated video call feature.

Emergency Response: Over 700 users accessed emergency services directly via the app for urgent assistance.

Specialized Help: Mental health support, legal advice, and emergency aid are ensured through a collaborative effort between on-site psychologists and police officials at the Safe City headquarters.
