Manama (HRNW)- Bahraini authorities have detained four citizens on suspicion of spying for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
According to Arab News, Bahrain’s General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science identified the arrested individuals as Murtaza Hussein I, Ahmed Isa Al-Hayki, Sarah Abdul Nabi Marhoun, and Elias Salman Mirza.
Officials stated that investigations into the suspects are currently ongoing and further details about their alleged activities will be released at a later stage.
Authorities emphasized that national security agencies remain vigilant against espionage activities and threats to the country’s stability.
