Karachi (HRNW) – Following the Nepra incident, a series of suspensions of responsible officials has been initiated. Sources confirmed that the Assistant Commissioner of Gulshan-e-Iqbal and the Mukhtar-e-Kar of Gulshan-e-Iqbal have been immediately suspended.
Additionally, sources revealed that the XEN of Water Corporation Gulshan-e-Iqbal and a CNB&R official of the same area have also been suspended. The Director of Municipal Services of the M.C. has likewise been removed from his post.
The suspensions come as part of ongoing investigations into the Nepra incident to hold officials accountable for any negligence or administrative lapses. Authorities have emphasized that no oversight or failure will be tolerated until the inquiry is completed.
