Karachi (HRNW): A major development has emerged in the murder and robbery case of Dr. Akash in Karachi. According to sources, investigation authorities have taken two suspected individuals into custody from near Jamshoro.
Sources stated that the detained individuals have been identified as Ram Chandar and Sagar Kumar, and further investigation is underway.
Investigation officials have reportedly obtained CCTV footage from cameras installed along highways, which helped identify the possible escape routes used by the suspects.
According to sources, the movement of the suspects after the incident was examined in detail through the recovered footage. A geo-fencing operation was also carried out around the crime scene.
The investigation team reportedly collected mobile phone data and location records of devices used around the area of the incident.
Sources said that modern geographical analysis, digital forensics, and field intelligence played a key role in tracing the suspected individuals. Following the information gathered, authorities conducted an operation in an area near Jamshoro and detained the suspects.
According to sources, the suspects have been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
