Lahore (HRNW)- Member Punjab Assembly Sarah Ahmad visited China along with a delegation of Pakistani parliamentarians and political representatives in connection with the celebrations marking the 75th anniversary Pakistan-China friendship.
During the visit, Sarah Ahmad addressed the Youth Exchange Panel held at Capital Normal University in Beijing alongside the Pakistani political delegation. In her address, she stated that under the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan-China friendship has reached new heights and bilateral relations are entering a new era of cooperation.
Sarah Ahmad said that future partnerships between Pakistan and China would be further strengthened through collaboration in universities, research, innovation, and youth engagement. She emphasized the importance of joint research, technological cooperation, and educational linkages between Pakistani and Chinese youth, stating that the younger generation forms the foundation of future global relations.
She expressed heartfelt gratitude to the International Department of the Communist Party of China for its invitation and warm hospitality, and remarked that such international youth exchange programs play a vital role in bringing young people closer, promoting cultural harmony, and fostering global peace.
Sarah Ahmad further stated that Pakistani students studying in Chinese universities serve as ambassadors of goodwill between the two countries, while the youth can play a key role in eliminating extremism, promoting peace, and building a brighter future.
She added that the everlasting friendship between Pakistan and China symbolizes regional stability, development, and prosperity, and both countries will continue to remain trusted partners in the future.
