Hyderabad (HRNW)- The office of the Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad has issued a clarification regarding reports circulating on social media about the arrest of Assistant Commissioner Aftab Sepio.
According to the spokesperson for the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, the administration has no connection with the alleged corrupt activities attributed to Aftab Sepio. The statement added that the action taken by the anti-corruption establishment is commendable and that strict legal action should be taken against anyone found involved in corruption.
The clarification further stated that the matter has been referred to the relevant authorities for necessary departmental disciplinary proceedings, including possible suspension of the officer concerned.
The spokesperson emphasized that full cooperation will be extended to all relevant institutions to identify those responsible and ensure they are brought to justice, while transparency and the rule of law will be upheld at all costs.
