Islamabad (HRNW)- Pakistan has reportedly received assurances from its friendly countries to provide more than $5 billion in financial support.
Sources indicate that after arranging funds from alternative sources, Pakistan has decided to pay $2 billion to the UAE, bringing the country’s total payments to $4.8 billion by June. In addition, Pakistan has arranged $3.5 billion in payments to the UAE across three different forums.
It was further reported that a Eurobond matured after completing its ten-year term, with a $1.3 billion Eurobond payment due this week.
