Karachi (HRNW)- The Judicial Magistrate East Court has granted bail to all accused named in the case involving an illegal call center accused of robbing citizens through fraud.
The accused include Nadir, Adil, and their accomplices, with the court directing each of them to submit surety bonds of Rs 100,000 for their release.
The case stems from a raid conducted by the NCIA on a call center located on Shahra-e-Faisal, following a tip-off. According to authorities, the suspects allegedly posed as bank representatives to defraud citizens, while sensitive financial data and spoof-calling software were also recovered during the operation.
A case has been registered against the accused under the PECA Amendment Act 2025.
