Islamabad (HRNW)- Former Jamaat-e-Islami chief Sirajul Haq met Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman at his residence, where both leaders held a detailed discussion on the country’s domestic situation and ongoing international developments.
During the meeting, the two leaders expressed serious concern over the deteriorating peace and security situation in the region. They also voiced dissatisfaction over the rising inflation in Pakistan and the increasing hardships faced by ordinary citizens.
Sirajul Haq and Maulana Fazlur Rehman strongly condemned the recent attack on Iran by the United States and Israel, describing it as a dangerous development that could further destabilize the Middle East and threaten regional peace.
Both leaders stressed the importance of diplomatic efforts and responsible international policies to prevent further escalation of tensions in the region.
