Tel Aviv (HRNW)- The Israeli opposition has sharply criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, labeling him a political and strategic failure following the recent ceasefire agreement, which has heightened internal political tensions.
Opposition leader Yair Lapid stated on social media platform X that Netanyahu has completely failed in political and strategic arenas, with Israel excluded from key national security decisions. Lapid praised the Israeli army and citizens for their resilience but stressed that the government’s arrogance, negligence, and poor planning have harmed the country.
He warned that it may take years to repair the political and strategic damage caused, sparking renewed debate and increasing pressure on the Netanyahu government.
