Sindh Government Activates Public Complaints Cell at CM Secretariat for Immediate Relief

Karachi (HRNW)- The Sindh government has taken a significant step to address public grievances by activating the Public Complaints Cell at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Karachi.

Under this initiative, ministers, advisers, and official spokespersons have been assigned duties to ensure that citizens can directly report their issues and receive immediate relief. The cell will remain operational from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing members of the public to communicate their concerns directly to government representatives.

A daily duty schedule has also been issued, which includes senior officials such as Senior Provincial Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Saeed Ghani, and Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho. Other key figures, including the Mayor of Karachi, will also perform duties under this system.

The Sindh government stated that this open-door complaint and monitoring system has been introduced to ensure the timely resolution of public issues and provide faster relief to citizens across the province.
