Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman Denounces Trump and Netanyahu as “War Criminals”

KARACHI (HRNW) – The Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, has issued a scathing critique of international leadership, labeling U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as “war criminals” and “worshippers of evil.”

Condemnation of Global Conflict

Speaking at a press conference in Karachi, the JI chief accused both leaders of attempting to mask their alleged crimes through “mockery and strange antics.” He further described the recent military actions against Iran as acts of “terrorism” orchestrated by the United States and Israel.

Call for Regional Solidarity

Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman addressed the geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, stating:

  • Iran’s Response: He asserted that following the attacks on its territory, Iran maintained the right to target U.S. military bases.

  • Diplomatic Strategy: He urged Iran to strengthen its diplomatic ties with neighboring Gulf countries to counter external pressures.

  • U.S. Military Presence: The JI Emir argued that American military bases in the Gulf are not positioned for the protection of regional states, but are instead strategically placed to safeguard Israeli interests.

Critique of Muslim Leadership

The JI leader expressed deep disappointment with the current state of leadership across the Muslim world, suggesting that their collective response to regional crises remains inadequate in the face of ongoing international aggression.
