HRNW Pays Tribute to Abdul Sattar Edhi on His Death Anniversary

Karachi (HRNW) – On 8 July, Human Rights News Worldwide (HRNW) joins the people of Pakistan and admirers across the globe in paying heartfelt tribute to the late Abdul Sattar Edhi, whose extraordinary legacy of compassion, selfless service, and humanity continues to inspire millions.

Recognized as one of the world’s greatest humanitarians, Abdul Sattar Edhi dedicated his entire life to serving the poor, vulnerable, abandoned, and marginalized without discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, nationality, or social status. Through the Edhi Foundation, he established one of the world’s largest volunteer ambulance networks, along with orphanages, shelters, maternity homes, rehabilitation centers, free medical services, and welfare programs that have provided hope and dignity to countless people.
