Gold and Silver Prices Fall After Seven-Day Increase in Global and Local Markets

Karachi (HRNW)- The seven-day upward trend in gold and silver prices in global and local markets came to an end on Thursday, with both precious metals recording declines.

In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce fell by $35 to $4,380, while the price of gold per tola in local bullion markets decreased by Rs3,500 to Rs460,436.

Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams declined by Rs3,001 to Rs394,749 in the local market.

Silver prices also declined after the international price of silver fell by $1.75 to $64.57 per ounce. As a result, the price of silver per tola in local markets decreased by Rs175 to Rs6,936, while the price per 10 grams fell by Rs150 to Rs5,946.
