KARACHI (HRNW) – Following the directives of Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah, the Sindh Teachers Development Authority (STEDA) has officially launched the “Sindh Teachers Helpline.” During the inaugural session, which ran for two hours from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, a total of 25 phone calls were received from educators across the province. Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) and STEDA Board Member Tanzeela Umi Habiba personally attended the calls, addressing questions and listening to various issues and suggestions presented by the teachers.
The helpline has been established as a dedicated platform to guide teachers on matters such as teacher education, teaching licenses, and professional training programs. Executive Director of STEDA, Rasul Bux Shah, along with other senior officials, was present to oversee the session where all complaints and recommendations were formally recorded. MPA Tanzeela Umi Habiba assured that these inputs would be integrated into the official proceedings of the STEDA Board meetings to ensure practical solutions for the teaching community.
