Sessions Court Grants Interim Bail to Five Accused in Attorney General’s House Raid Case

Lahore (HRNW)- The Sessions Court heard the case relating to the alleged police raid on the residence of the Attorney General of Pakistan, granting interim bail to five accused named in the case.

During the hearing, five accused approached the court seeking interim bail. The court restrained the authorities from arresting them until August 12 and directed all accused to join the investigation.

The accused granted interim bail include female police officer Seerat Tariq, Imran Khan, Salman Khushi, Najaf Ali, and Zeeshan Akram.

The interim bail applications were heard by Additional Sessions Judge Zulfiqar Ahmed.

The case has been registered at Sarwar Road Police Station, while further legal proceedings will continue in accordance with the court’s directions.
