Orangi Town: Major Breakthrough in Murder Case — Wife Allegedly Got Husband Killed

Karachi (HRNW): A significant development has emerged in the firing incident that resulted in the killing of a man in Qasba Mor, Orangi Town. According to police, the deceased Yasir was allegedly killed on the instigation of his wife.

Police officials stated that important evidence and information related to the case have been collected during the investigation.

The victim, identified as 30-year-old Yasir son of Rahmat, was shot dead last night. He was a resident of Pakistan Bazaar, Orangi Town.

Police said the deceased worked as an assistant with a lawyer. Investigators further revealed that Yasir had married the wife of his tenant, which led to a legal dispute. The tenant had also filed a case against him, accusing him of abducting his wife and children.

Officials added that the woman later obtained a khula (divorce) from the deceased, while a court case between the parties was still pending.

According to police, the woman allegedly called the victim for a meeting under the pretext of reconciliation. During the meeting, armed men on a motorcycle opened fire.

As a result of the firing, Yasir died on the spot.

Police said investigations are ongoing from multiple angles, and efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the suspects involved in the case.
