Moscow (HRNW)- Russia’s latest missile and drone strikes on Ukraine have killed 12 people. Local authorities say six people were killed in the southern port city of Odessa. At least four people were killed in the Russian strikes in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. Officials say two people were also killed in the central city of Dnipro.
Russia and Ukraine had previously agreed to a ceasefire on the occasion of Orthodox Easter, after which Vladimir Putin ordered his Russian forces to cease fire.
Moscow’s announcement came after repeated appeals for a ceasefire by Vladimir Zelensky, which the Kremlin has so far ignored.
