Islamabad (HRNW) – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan’s workers are a symbol of determination, hard work, and national pride. In his message on International Workers’ Day (May 1), the Prime Minister paid tribute to workers, farmers, artisans, factory employees, and skilled laborers for their vital role in keeping the country’s economy moving. He praised overseas Pakistani workers for contributing significantly to national economic stability through foreign remittances and highlighted government initiatives for skill development, training, and worker welfare through institutions such as EOBI and WWF. The Prime Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to protecting workers’ rights and improving their welfare.
