Karachi (HRNW): The Sindh subordinate judiciary has announced the transfer of 17 Additional District and Sessions Judges across different districts of the province. The notification regarding the transfers was issued after approval by the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court.
According to the notification, Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Yousuf Malik has been transferred to Hyderabad, while Additional District and Sessions Judge Tanveer Ali has been transferred from Hyderabad to Jamshoro.
The notification stated that Additional District and Sessions Judge Abdul Hafeez has been posted in Shahdadkot, while Additional District and Sessions Judge Ghulam Raza has been transferred from Kashmore to Naushehro Feroze.
Similarly, Additional District and Sessions Judge Bagh Ali Sher has been transferred from Naushehro Feroze to Dadu.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Ghulam Mustafa Laghari has been transferred from Karachi West to Umerkot, while Additional District and Sessions Judge Ahmed Raza Abro has been transferred from Umerkot to Shikarpur.
The Sindh High Court’s administrative orders stated that the transfers have been made as part of routine judicial administration measures to ensure the effective functioning of the subordinate judiciary across the province.
