Storm Winds in Kharan Damage Solar Systems, Dozens of Panels Uprooted

Kharan (HRNW): Strong storm winds in the Gwash Chardh area of Kharan have caused widespread damage to agricultural solar systems.

According to local farmers, the powerful winds damaged dozens of solar installations, resulting in hundreds of solar panels being uprooted, while several others were completely broken.

Affected farmers said the destruction of solar panels has caused significant financial losses. They added that irrigation systems have also been disrupted, putting standing crops at serious risk.

The victims have appealed to the provincial government and relevant authorities to conduct an immediate damage assessment and provide compensation so that they can recover from the losses and restore agricultural activities.
