Islamabad (HRNW)- The Senate Standing Committee on Finance has recommended reducing taxes on exporters and including them in the Final Tax Regime (FTR). During a meeting chaired by Saleem Mandviwala, members discussed exporter taxation, refunds, the tax net, and various budget proposals. Representatives of the business community called for lower tax rates and faster refund payments, while the committee ultimately recommended including the tax imposed on exporters in the FTR and reducing its rate.
