Lahore (HRNW): The Punjab government has constituted a high-level 13-member committee to explore the commercialization of public universities and the introduction of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models in the higher education sector.
According to official sources, the committee will review the assets and land holdings of public universities and prepare a comprehensive report on their commercialization potential, which will be submitted to the provincial government.
The recommendations of the committee may form the basis for future policy decisions, including possible changes in the administrative and financial structure of public universities.
