Islamabad (HRNW)- Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, who is on an official visit to Pakistan, met with Asim Munir. According to a statement issued by the Iranian Embassy, this was the first official meeting of Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi with Field Marshal Asim Munir, in which bilateral relations, regional situation and matters of mutual interest were discussed.
According to diplomatic sources, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, National Security Advisor Asim Malik and DG Military Intelligence were also present in the meeting. Sources say that the meeting took place in a cordial atmosphere and it was agreed to further promote cooperation between the two countries.
